This kitchen remodel was a design challenge in a large, open-concept home where the kitchen was surprisingly tucked into a tight corner—closed off, inefficient, and lacking space to gather. We opened the kitchen to the main family room, transforming the flow and creating a layout that feels connected,
functional, and welcoming.

The new design centers around a large island, now the heart of the home, with seating, prep space, extra storage, and beautiful statement lighting. Clean-lined cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a light, cohesive palette allow the kitchen to blend seamlessly into the surrounding spaces—turning what was once cramped into an open, inviting place designed for everyday living and gathering.
