PRIMARY BATH
The Northlake primary bath remodel was all about making the space work smarter - and feel better. We designed dual vanities for optimal flow, a ceiling-height tiled walk-in shower, and a generous soaking tub, opting for a pony wall in place of a closed water closet to balance privacy with beautiful natural light. Finished with a soft, timeless palette and crowned with a statement chandelier, the result is a classic, seamless space that truly shines.
GIRL'S BATHROOM
Keeping the original layout, the girls’ bathroom kept the original layout but got a full refresh down to the subfloor for an updated, playful feel. A large custom vanity with plenty of storage (perfect for the teen years ahead), a fun tub wrapped in mermaid tile, and a charming penny flower floor tile bring in just the right amount of whimsy while still feeling classic and timeless. Built-in medicine cabinet mirrors keep the look clean and seamless—while quietly adding lots of extra storage.
KITCHEN
The late-1980s kitchen was ready for a full overhaul, and we reimagined it to truly work for a busy family with young kids. Thoughtful updates include a beautiful navy island, leathered granite countertops for a classic feel, a built-in coffee and wine bar, and a custom pantry tucked neatly under the stairs - plus improved flow and light with a reworked window plan. Now the kitchen connects seamlessly to the family room and its custom built-ins, creating a space that feels functional, welcoming, and beautifully pulled together.
